We begin with a consultation — at our Eerikinkatu studio, on-site, or via video. We learn about your space, lifestyle, brand, and budget. You receive a project proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed EUR pricing within five business days.
Our team develops a lighting concept with mood references, preliminary layouts, and fixture direction. We present options and refine based on your feedback. Residential concepts typically take one week; commercial projects two.
Detailed CAD plans, lux calculations, circuit schedules, and a complete fixture specification document. We coordinate with architects, interior designers, and electrical engineers to integrate lighting into the broader build.
We supply a curated fixture schedule with supplier contacts and trade pricing guidance. Optional procurement management available for commercial clients at €850 flat fee.
We brief your electrician, answer site queries, and conduct a mid-install walkthrough to catch positioning issues before ceilings close.
Final aiming, dimming calibration, scene programming, and a handover document with maintenance notes. We remain available for 30 days post-completion for adjustments.
