These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website visiofeist.life and the lighting design services provided by Visiofeist Oy (Business ID 2984567-1), Eerikinkatu 28, 00180 Helsinki, Finland ("Visiofeist", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Visiofeist provides professional lighting design services including consultations, concept design, technical documentation, procurement support, and commissioning. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement.
All prices quoted on this website and in proposals are in euros (EUR) and exclude value-added tax (ALV 25.5%) unless otherwise stated. A deposit of 40% is required before design work commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final documentation. Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. Late payments accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Finnish Interest Act (633/1982).
Consultation bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the consultation fee. For design projects, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If Visiofeist cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued.
All lighting designs, drawings, specifications, and documentation produced by Visiofeist remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use the deliverables for the specified project. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or reused for other projects without written consent.
The client shall provide timely access to project sites, accurate building plans, and relevant information necessary for design work. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect project timelines and may incur additional fees.
Visiofeist provides design services and does not perform electrical installation. We are not liable for installation errors by third-party contractors, though we will assist in resolving issues arising from our specifications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Content on visiofeist.life is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete or current. Unauthorised use of website content, including text, images, and designs, is prohibited.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or utility failures.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus). Consumer clients may also bring claims before the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
Visiofeist may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
